| Partnership Resources is a Day Training and Habilitation program. Each person's dreams, interests and capabilities direct the efforts to build community partners for employment services, volunteer, senior, and leisure opportunities.

| What are the program goals for the clients? | ||||||||||||
| To use the principles of person centered planning to create community opportunities that match the client interests and abilities. Individual program goals are determined by working with the person and their Interdisciplinary Team (IDT). Client choice and preferences are given first priority in program design. Partnership Resources' clients are reaching outcomes in a wide range of pursuits.

| How many days is the program open in a year? | ||||||||||||
| Partnership Resources is open 242 days each calendar year.

| Is transportation provided? | ||||||||||||
| Partnership Resources is responsible for transportation, both public and private options are available. For people who can us the MTCO bus service or Metro Mobility, Partnership Resources pays for the bus card or ride coupons. For people who require door to door service, Partnership Resources contracts with van companies to transport to and from work or the agency. Van aide support is not available.

| What is the ability range of persons within the program? | ||||||||||||
| Partnership Resources serves people in the full range of functioning, from profound mental retardation to borderline intelligence. Partnership Resources serves adults beginning at age 21 up to people who are 70+ years of age.

| Partnership Resources provides daily support to small groups of clients - usually within a 1:4 to 1:8 ratio.

| How often do the clients go into the community? | ||||||||||||
| Partnership Resources is a community orientated program. Programs are designed to give people daily supports at their job, in leisure activities or at volunteer opportunities. The actual amount of time in community settings varies according to an individual's preferences and outcomes. 70% of our clients are supported full time in the community . |
