403(B) Retirement Plan: Partnership Resources, Inc. understands the importance of providing retirement plans to assist in employee’s financial planning for retirement. Pre-tax and Roth plans are offered. Employees are eligible to participate immediately upon hire. After one year of employment an employee is eligible to receive a 3% employer contribution.
