Dear PRI Partners,

We are writing to share some COVID-19 vaccine information.  The State is seeing an increased capacity for daily vaccinations. If you want to be vaccinated, and haven’t already done so, please sign up through the MN Vaccine Connector, which is a tool that helps Minnesotans find out when, where, and how to get a COVID-19 vaccine: https://mn.gov/covid19/vaccine/connector/
The MN Council on Disability has been working to improve access to COVID-19 vaccines for Minnesotans with disabilities. If you can’t access the tool or need to update your record call 1-833-431-2053 between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Also, on 4/5/21 the State announced that the Minnesota State Fairgrounds will serve as a federally supported COVID-19 vaccination site this spring. Minnesotans living in zip codes covering much of Hennepin and Ramsey counties with the highest scores on the CDC’s Vulnerability index will be a priority for this site.  Shots at the site are by appointment only and facilitated through registration via the Vaccine Connector or by calling the Minnesota Department of Health COVID-19 Public Hotline at 1-833-431-2053.

At this time, PRI is highly encouraging individuals and employees to consider receiving the COVID-19 vaccination. Based on MDH recommendations and operating requirements by the Department of Human Services, PRI continues to require that a face covering be worn within PRI facilities for all persons, whether vaccinated or not.

Thank you!
