Our employees tell it best!
“Before PRI, I had never job coached – only drove clients to their jobs. I was a little iffy about starting, but Terri B. said, ‘I think you’ll do awesome.’ And so I was like, ‘Okay, let’s try it.’ And then 15 years later, I’m still job coaching at PRI… They want you to succeed. Everybody wants you to succeed here at PRI.”
– Lena McDowall, Designated Coordinator
“I love working with individuals with disabilities because it gives me a sense of purpose to my day – it is more than a job for me, it is an opportunity to create change. I am able to learn so much from the people I serve and bring the skills and knowledge I learn into my personal life, making me a better person. I have built strong bonds with my clients, who make me laugh, smile and bring joy to my daily life.”
– Dylan Hielkema, Program Specialist
“Partnership Resources, Inc. is a company that knows how to not just talk the talk, but walk the walk. And it’s very tangible. You can go into any of our classrooms and see interactions with clients and staff. You can go out into the community and see job coaches supporting clients who are at their paying jobs. Here at PRI, you can actually feel and experience the effects of the things that we say we’re going to deliver.”
– Abbie Eastin, Director of Day Services
“I love working with people who have disabilities because they have a lot to bring to the workforce. They are hard workers and make a real impact on my life as well. I see firsthand how they make an impact on the employees in the companies we work at each day. My favorite part of my job is connecting with them through their individual personalities, abilities, strengths and seeing them grow in confidence in their jobs. I love to see their own personalities come out as we get to know each other.”
– Alva Swenson, Vocational Specialist
