Administrative Assistant

Full-time

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual to join the administrative team at our St. Louis Park office. The Administrative Assistant is our “go to person” who provides assistance to staff and ensures that the front desk is covered at all times.

In this position, responsibilities include:

  • Answer the phone, manage the front office space and greet visitors
  • Accurately track daily client attendance on paper and transfer it into Excel and our database
  • Main point of contact between transportation companies, clients and staff in regards to ride cancellations, changes and problem resolution
  • Maintain client records in database and follow data privacy policy to maintain confidentiality
  • Ensure annual/progress reports are sent out in a timely fashion and in compliance with 245D licensure requirements
  • Implement site safety procedures as needed
  • Order office and program supplies
  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office at all times
  • Stock and clean the conference and break rooms
  • Provide support to other departments as needed

This is a full-time non-exempt position, Monday-Friday with day-time hours between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Competitive salary ($28,000-$32,000/annually depending on qualifications) and full benefits are included with the position.

Direct Support Professional 

Rover/Float – Part-time 

Hiring Bonus Available

We currently have an opening for a Rover/Float position. In this position, responsibilities include supporting community leisure and/or employment opportunities while providing direct care at leisure and job sites in the community. A Rover is trained to work at a variety of settings while substituting at sites.

A minimum of 3 years of experience working with people with disabilities is required.

This is a part-time position (approx. 32 hours per week), Monday-Friday with day-time hours between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Working hours and locations vary week-to-week in this position depending on where substitute coverage is needed. Guaranteed 30-32 hours per week. Competitive salary ($15.50-$16.50/hour depending on qualifications) and full benefits (paid holidays off, Paid Time Off [PTO], affordable medical and dental insurance, retirement plan) are included with the position. Must be able to pass a background check with the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

Direct Support Professional

Program Assistant

Part-time

We currently have an opening for a Program Assistant position in our day program settings. In this position, the Program Assistant responsibilities include supporting community and leisure opportunities while providing direct care to adults with developmental disabilities.

The position is part-time (approx. 30-32 hours per week), Monday through Friday with day-time hours (approximately 8:30 am – 2:30 pm). Competitive salary ($12.00-$13.25/hour depending on qualifications) and full benefits (paid holidays off, Paid Time Off [PTO], affordable medical and dental insurance, retirement plan) are included with the position. Some experience in human services field is preferred. Must be able to pass a background check with the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

Direct Support Professional

Program Specialist

Full-time

We currently have an opening for a Program Specialist in our day program settings.

In this position, responsibilities include:

• Providing direct support for people with disabilities
• Implementing positive support strategies
• Developing and supporting community and agency based activities
• Advocating for individuals
• Managing your own caseload
• Supporting individuals to develop and achieve goals based around person-centered planning and support
• Collecting data, documenting and creating progress reviews and outcomes
• Attending team meetings

This position does not require transport of individuals served. Experience working with people with disabilities is preferred.

This is a full-time non-exempt position, Monday through Friday with daytime hours between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Competitive salary ($27,040 – $29,640 depending on qualifications) and full benefits (paid holidays off, Paid Time Off [PTO], affordable medical and dental insurance, retirement plan) are included with the position.
