Administrative Assistant

Full-time

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual to join the administrative team at our St. Louis Park office. The Administrative Assistant is our “go to person” who provides assistance to staff and ensures that the front desk is covered at all times.

In this position, responsibilities include:

  • Answering phones, managing the front office space and greeting visitors 
  • Assist with client, staff and guest health screenings as needed  
  • Ordering office supplies and program supplies as needed (includes tracking of PPE and sanitary supply needs)
  • Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the office at all times 
  • Making sure the conference room is clean and ready for meetings on a daily basis 
  • Main point of contact between transportation company and program staff in regards to ride cancels/changes 
  • Maintain client records in database and follow data privacy policy to maintain confidentiality  
  • Assist with sending out annual progress reports and client related memos as needed  
  • Keeping track of client attendance daily both on paper and in database  
  • Accurate entry of attendance into billing software   
  • Provide support to other departments as needed 

This is a full-time non-exempt position, Monday-Friday with day-time hours between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Competitive hourly wage ($13.46-$15.38/hour depending on qualifications) and full benefits (paid holidays off, Paid Time Off [PTO], affordable medical and dental insurance, employer paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, employer paid Life AD&D, 403b retirement plan, voluntary group benefits) are included with the position. Must be able to pass a background check with the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

Direct Support Professional

Program Assistant

Part-time

We currently have an opening for a Program Assistant position in our day program settings. In this position, the Program Assistant responsibilities include supporting community and leisure opportunities while providing direct care to adults with developmental disabilities.

The position is part-time (35 hours per week), Monday through Friday with day-time hours from 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM.

Competitive salary of $13.25 per hour and full benefits (paid holidays off, Paid Time Off [PTO], affordable medical and dental insurance, 403b retirement plan, voluntary group benefits) are included with the position. Some experience in human services field is preferred. Basic technology skills preferred or a willingness to learn. Must be able to pass a background check with the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

Direct Support Professional

Vocational Specialist/Job Coach

Full-time

We currently have an opening for a Vocational Specialist (Job Coach) position. In this position, the Vocational Specialist responsibilities include supporting employment opportunities while providing direct care and case management to your own caseload. This involves supporting clients working in a community based employment opportunity.

The position is full-time Monday through Friday with daytime hours, exact start and end times are dependent on job site needs.

Competitive salary ($13.25-$14.25/hour depending on experience) and full benefits (paid holidays off, Paid Time Off [PTO], affordable medical and dental insurance, employer paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, employer paid Life AD&D, 403b retirement plan, voluntary group benefits) are included. Must be able to pass a background check with the Minnesota Department of Human Services. Experience working with people with disabilities and prior job coaching experience is a plus.
