Direct Support Professional

Vocational Specialist/Job Coach

Summary:

Partnership Resources, Inc. has an opening for a Vocational Specialist (job coach) position. In this position, the Vocational Specialist responsibilities include supporting employment opportunities while providing direct care and case management to your own caseload. This involves supporting clients working in a community based employment opportunity.

The position is full-time Monday through Friday with daytime hours. Competitive salary: $27,040-$29,640 depending on qualifications. Benefits include medical, dental, life and disability insurance, retirement/403b, paid time off, paid holidays and training.

Experience working with people with disabilities and prior job coaching experience is a plus.

Direct Support Professional

Program Assistant

Summary:

We currently have an opening for a Program Assistant position in our day program setting in St. Louis Park. In this position, the Program Assistant responsibilities include supporting community and leisure opportunities while providing direct care to adults with developmental disabilities.

The position is part-time (approx. 30-32 hours per week), Monday through Friday with day-time hours (approximately 8:30 am – 2:30 pm). Competitive salary ($12.00-$13.25/hour depending on qualifications) and benefits included. Some experience in human services field is preferred.

Direct Support Professional

Rover Part-Time: approx. 32 Hours week

Summary:

Partnership Resources, Inc., a non-profit agency, seeks a creative and energetic individual to work with adults with developmental disabilities in an employment setting. We currently have an opening in a Rover position in our day program setting. In this position, a Rover supports community leisure and/or employment opportunities while providing direct care at leisure and employment sites. A Rover is trained to work at a variety of settings while substituting at sites.

We prefer candidates with some experience serving people with disabilities including serving those with developmental disabilities.

The position is approximately 30-32 hours per week, Generally, Monday through Friday with day-time hours. Competitive salary ($13-14.25/hr depending on qualifications). Benefits include medical and dental insurance, retirement/403b, paid time off, paid holidays and training.

Direct Support Professional

Program Specialist

Summary:

Currently, we have openings in Program Specialist (DSP) positions at our St. Louis Park and Minneapolis agency locations.

In this position, the Program Specialist responsibilities include:

• Providing direct support for people with disabilities
• Implementing positive support strategies
• Developing and supporting community and agency based activities
• Advocating for individuals
• Managing your own caseload
• Supporting individuals to develop and achieve goals based around person-centered planning and support
• Collecting data, documenting and creating progress reviews and outcomes
• Attending team meetings

This position does not require transport of individuals served. Experience working with people with disabilities is preferred.

The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00am-4:00pm. Competitive salary ($27,040 – $29,640 depending on qualifications) and full benefits are included with the position.
