Life AD&D Coverage
Life AD&D coverage is designed to provide protection for your dependents or to enable your beneficiary to settle your affairs in the event of your death. Full-time employees receive Basic Life AD&D coverage at no cost. All benefit eligible employees may elect Voluntary Life AD&D coverage.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA’s)
Flexible spending accounts allow employees to set aside pre-tax money from each check to pay for eligible healthcare and dependent care expenses.
403(b) Retirement Plan
Retirement plans are a crucial tool to assist employees in planning for future financial security. 403(b) retirement plans (pre-tax and Roth) are offered. Employees are eligible to participate immediately upon hire. After one year of employment an employee is eligible to receive a 3% employer match.
Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Coverage
Disability coverage provides a partial replacement of earnings to an individual who becomes disabled due to an accident or sickness. Full-time employees receive both Short-Term & Long-Term Disability benefits at no cost.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Employees working 30 hours or more per week accrue PTO each pay period to use for vacation, personal, and sick time.
Paid Holidays Off
PRI recognizes company holidays throughout the calendar year. We close on these days and provide employees with a full day of pay for benefit eligible employees. See our Calendar for this year’s paid holidays off.
We also offer additional personal (or floating) holidays to supplement employees’ paid time away from work.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Our EAP offers an array of confidential counseling and web services that can be accessed 24/7 to support employees in areas like mental health, child and elder care, legal counsel, financial management and more.
