Closings Due to Severe Weather

Partnership Resources, Inc. (PRI) will remain open whenever possible. You should always assume that we will be open until you hear otherwise. In the event that PRI is closed due to weather, a PRI staff will contact you by phone using our communication tree (how we contact all residences as quickly as possible). We will make every effort to call homes the night before (prior to 9:00 PM) if possible. If the decision is not made until the morning, we will call homes no later than 7:00 AM. If we are closed, we will also post this information on our website ( and with WCCO (tune into WCCO-TV Channel 4 or their website


PRI contracts transportation with outside vendors.

Attendance Guidelines

  • Attend PRI every day that you are scheduled to attend
  • Time off, including sick days and vacations should not exceed 17 days in a calendar year
  • In addition, there are nine Holidays when PRI agency programs are closed
  • All clients in Paid Employment MUST follow their employer’s time off/PTO policy, including working holidays as required
  • Please make every effort to arrange appointments (doctor, dentist, counseling, etc.) around your program/work day. If this is not possible, make every effort to attend program or work for part of the day
  • Please communicate in advance with the Program Director at your site if you will be away for more than 10 days
  • Call or email any client absences or appointments
